About this class

This class is more or less the same as Ultimate Core except we will also be using an extra piece of equipment – the aerobic stepper. This session is a fantastic fat burner and will shape your thighs and butt into beautiful toned curves! The variety of exercises I will teach you in this session will ultimately give your body the challenge it needs to burn fat, improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength all over!
