A strong core is the foundation for countless movements, both in training and everyday life. Strengthening the muscles around your center improves stability, enhances exercise performance, helps prevent injuries, and contributes to better overall results in your fitness journey.
This workout features my favourite core exercises and equipment to keep the class fun, engaging, and challenging! Feel Connected and more confident in your CORE.
Pricing
For £70 you’ve got access to 10 ‘PK’ classes (5 month expiry). With this package, you have the option to mix and match between all my classes on offer. Alternatively, you can Pay as you go for £8 if you’d prefer the flexibility of deciding on the day.
