High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a fantastic way of challenging your fitness and pushing past your comfort zone. In this class, you’ll be doing a number of short workouts (or routines) that are designed to work the whole body, building on your Strength, Power and cardiovascular system.
This class is perfect for you if you’re looking to improve energy levels, Sporting Performance or looking to get a good, all-round full body workout ticked off for the week. Every class begins with a dynamic warm-up and a good stretch to finish. I give alternative exercises (beginner and advanced versions) throughout the session so you can adapt the workout to suit you.
Pricing
For £70 you’ve got access to 10 ‘PK’ classes (5 month expiry). With this package, you have the option to mix and match between all my classes on offer. Alternatively, you can Pay as you go for £8 if you’d prefer the flexibility of deciding on the day.
